The 122 mm OD Corrugated Cutter Head is a precision-machined cutter body designed for use with standard corrugated knives. Manufactured to tight tolerances, this cutter head delivers consistent balance, accuracy, and dependable performance. 

This cutter body features a 122 mm outside diameter, 1-1/2" straight bore, and four wing positions for corrugated knife sets. Multiple length of cut (LOC) options are available to match specific tooling requirements. Available with 12° and 20° hook angle configurations. Each head is precision machined and dynamically balanced for smooth operation at operating speeds. 

Proudly made in the USA, H3D Tool corrugated cutter heads are built for long service life and repeatable results. Custom sizes, bores, hook angles, and configurations are available upon request.
