PCD Tooling
We produce a wide range of PCD (Poly-Crystalline Diamond) Tooling at H3D and our tooling represents the best possible design available. The tool with be designed to meet your specific application and the subtle nuances of your operation. We don't just braze diamond to a steel body and cut in your profile. Our tooling, whenever possible, incorporates split wing design to allow for opposing shear angles, and the smaller diamond segments will also minimize your repair costs should an accident occur. We also provide a maximum width of diamond, whenever possible, to allow the tool to be sharpened while maintaining profile integrity and diameter specifications.
